Introducing the Shine blade, equipped with the thinnest diamond layer of only 0.6 mm. Thanks to the super-thin layer and fine-dispersed diamond, the blade allows cutting porcelain stoneware as cleanly as never before. Chips are completely absent, and the edge is so clean that no further processing is needed. Forget about hand or shell grinding – this significantly boosts productivity.

Increasing productivity
The same result can be achieved 2-3 times faster. The blade works with water cooling and is used only with battery-powered angle grinders. Thanks to its thickness, the battery lasts 2-3 times longer than when using regular blades.

Quiet and efficient
The 5" blade has PTFE reinforcing flanges, which make it almost silent. Only a slight 'rustling' can be heard.

Diameters and application
Shine blades are available in the following diameters:

5" – for long cuts.

101.6 mm – for cutting smaller elements (buttons, sockets, etc.).

They are used with battery-powered angle grinders and require water to be supplied for cooling. The best way to do this is with the Spray 4.5"-5" MECHANIC attachment, which sprays a minimal amount of water sufficient for cooling but without creating unnecessary dirt. You can also use the Roller 4.5-5" MECHANIC attachment, which removes almost all dirt into the vacuum cleaner.
