Chips are the main difficulty when cutting glazed tiles, red-hot porcelain gres. The decisive factor of the cutting purity is the diamond blade.The Elegant blade is the best solution for finishing cutting of complex materials.

The disk uses a very fine diamond and a self-sharpening bond. The small diameter of 4" of the blade creates advantages during finishing cutting in comparison to the 4.5" and 5" diameters, since it practically does not lead to the sides, the blade has minimal vibrations.

The blade provides such a clean cut that it is almost impossible to find even minimal chips, including on glazed tiles. No further edge processing is required. The blade also leaves no chips on the reverse mounting side of the tile. This is especially important in the manufacture of countertops and ceramic furniture.
